DMCA & IP Infringement Policy

Boundless Fiction respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Boundless Fiction infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

Your notice must include:

• Your full name and contact information (email, address)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or specific location of the infringing content on our platform
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your electronic or physical signature

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Document the takedown for our records

We aim to respond to all valid notices within 5 business days.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to boundlessfictionapp@gmail.com including:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court
• Your electronic or physical signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Boundless Fiction has a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. We maintain records of all infringement notices.

5. False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.
